1. Head of Operations Division
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of the AHA Centre, the Head of Operations Division will establish and manage the operational functions and process of AHA Centre activities pertaining to preparedness, response and monitoring of disasters, as well as manage the AHA Centre Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) and operational decision making during a potential or actual disaster.

2. Head of Corporate Affairs and Programme Division
Reporting to the Executive Director of the AHA Centre, the Head of Corporate Affairs and Programme Division will manage and supervise activities pertaining to corporate affairs, i.e. finance, administration, human resources, and programme development.

3. Senior Emergency Preparedness and Response Officer
Support the Head of Operations Division in carrying out activities pertaining to disaster preparedness and response as well as supporting the EOC operations.

4. Senior Disaster Monitoring and Analysis Officer
Support the Head of Operations Division in carrying out activities pertaining to disaster monitoring and analyses, including setting up and maintaining disaster monitoring systems.

5. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Officer
Carry out activities pertaining to AHA Centre’s Information and Communication Technology management and ensure the smooth operations of the EOC’s information management and ICT software & hardware including communications infrastructure.

Purpose:

The Consultant in Microsoft Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximise their investment in Microsoft technology. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, consultants will work with Microsoft's partners to assist customers in:

- The delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft's solution areas, technologies and products in diverse client environments.
- Stabilising developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.
- The design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies.
- Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the developed solution.

This position is for a specialist in the latest generation Windows Server and Client technologies and associated deployment, management and virtualisation tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be a technical specialist, required to have a depth of knowledge and experience in Systems Centre - Operations Manager and Configuration Manager. In addition it is expected that you will have associated knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 deployment and an awareness of SQL would be advantageous.

Skills Required Include:
- SCCM 2007 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience
- Desktop imaging using BDD/MDT 2007
- SMS Packaging updates
- Deploying updates with Systems Management Server or System Center Configuration Manager
- Reporting with Systems Management Center Systems Management Server or SCCM 2007
- Scripting experience
- Imaging experience should include: SMS OSD feature pack and/or Microsoft MDT
- Knowledge of Sysprep, WinPE, and image deployment methods such as Lite-Touch
- Packaging experience should include Wise Studio, but Install Shield experience may be substituted, along with VBscript and SMS packaging
- Deployment experience should be Systems Management Server and or System Center Configuration Manager
- Reporting experience should be based on the SMS database
- SCOM Installation
- SCOM Management Pack tuning

Tasks typically involve:

-Analyse the business and IT requirements within client organisations and offer objective suggestions on various matters related to the clients IT environment
-Meeting with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of the project
-Advise on options, costs, risks versus benefits etc. for best practice development of the solution(s)
-Presentation of solutions in written and oral reports
-Develop and implementation agreed solutions
-Preparation of documentation and progress reports to clients
-Involvement in sales and support and, where appropriate, maintain contact with client organisations
-Identify potential clients and build and maintain relationships with clients
-Research and provide information in technical trends
