Position - Part time Catering Manager, Immediate start!

Location - Middlesex

Salary - £10,000 Per annum

Hours - 2 Days per week

The Client - Is a B& site in based Middlesex, offering fresh and seasonal food paired with great service in a fun working environment. 700 people on site, Café/ Deli bar and staff Restaurant.

The Role -  As part time Catering Manager you will be required to job share with the other Catering Manager, this includes running the catering department consisting of, café/deli bar and theatre style chef servery, planning and costing menus. You will be in control of the departmental budget and P&L, daily cash up and banking.  In charge of the management, training and development of a team of 18, insuring a high level of service and standards are implemented at all times.

The Candidate - The right Catering Manager candidate will need to have experience at an assistant manager’s level, working in contract catering at a B&I site. Good financial knowledge and understanding of how to work to a budget and run a P&L. Good man management skills with the ability to lead by example. This Catering Manager role would suit someone who wants good work/life balance while still keeping their finger on the pulse!
