INTRA OFFICE INSPECTION (IOI)
As a member of Intra Office Inspection Unit in a corporate banking, you will support the team in controlling & improving banking activities in order to optimize both accuracy and efficiency of the operation & processing by conducting inspection to all banking operational activities as well as supporting other unit tasks.

Requirements:

Similar in banking for 3-5 years, preferably in Audit.
Have a profound understanding of banking knowledge & processes.
Good at writing reports, internal policies and procedures.
Relevant bachelor degree
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 550).
Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.
High achievers (performance oriented)
Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.

MARKETING ADMIN ASSISTANT (MAA)
You will be in charge in supporting Business Development (Marketing) team in handling the administration of corporate banking services and maintaining close contact with corporate customers

Requirements:

Experience in banking for 1 (one) year.
Bachelor degree holder, in Finance & Banking or other related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 500).
Poses Japanese skill, both spoken and written will be an advantage.
Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Able to handle documentation, administration, filing & data analysis.
Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.

TRADE FINANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE (TFC)

As a member of Bills Department team, you will be responsible in trade
finance area – handling import tax transactions such as, servicing
customers over counter, confirming tax with tax office, preparing &
registering advice for customers, verifying signatures in debit
authority, inputting data entry as well as splitting and typing import
documents.
