Chief Pilot

Zenon Aviation Recruitment is currently searching for a Chief Pilot on behalf of an established airline based in Indonesia.

This position will involve regular travelling to the various domiciles and constant interaction with Assistant Chief Pilots, Base Managers, and the Director of Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage day to day operations Responsible for all aspects of pilot performance including - absence management, non-technical disciplinary and grievance issues, motivation, support, accommodation allocation, core input to the FRMS and pilot communications Accompany flights to observe performance of pilots Lead and control flight crew, verify monthly crew planning and assignment of personnel Provide the VPFO with details of all technical and/or operational issues identified through the monitoring of pilot line activity Proactive provision of information and responses to pilots to ensure timely and accurate delivery of facts regarding all non-technical issues Direct and coordinate through subordinate management personnel, flight operation and
control activities Make sure flight operation is according to national regulations Monitor legal environment changes and amend company procedures when required Control and improve the service of subcontracted organisations for handling and other services related to flight operations Conduct training classes for flight personnel

We are seeking an outstanding individual that is proactive in risk management and is people-oriented.

To be successful you must have previous Airline Management experience as well as:

ATPL Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Able to organize and coordinate work Working experience in Asia is a must and ideally fluent in local language

TRE B737 NG Pilot - Lion Air Indonesia

MSD Aviation on behalf of its client, Lion Air, is currently offering a 1 year renewable contract for B737NG TRE/TRI's. Our Client is offering excellent terms and conditions. The positions offer an immediate start upon completion of selection and will have three different patterns of roster.?

Qualifications:

Candidate must hold valid ICAO State ATPL / CPL.Candidate must hold 1st class medical certificate.Candidate must hold current type rating of (B737) & must meet the recent requirement of the minimum 3 take-offs & landings within 90 days.Candidate must hold current ICAO English Proficiency with minimum of level 4.Candidate must hold at least 500 hours of instructional flying on type.Candidate must hold at least 1000 total flying hours on type.Candidate must be 61 years old or younger when submit the application

Base: JAKARTA, INDONESIA? (commuting roster)?

Roster:

?6 weeks ON/ 2 weeks OFF??????????? 120K PLUS OVERTIME

?8 weeks ON/ 2 weeks OFF???????????? 126K PLUS OVERTIME

10 weeks ON/ 3 weeks OFF??????????? 132K PLUS OVERTIME
