JAVA ANALYST PROGRAMMER
Qualification:
General requirements:

·         English Proficiency, both oral and written.

·         Have ability to meet deadlines.

Essential Skills:
•        Minimum of one year experience in a senior role, 1-2 years previous as Java developer

•        A strong background in Java, Middleware and DBMS design.
•       Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, JMS, App Servers and/or Web Services (especially Spring framework and Hibernate) and any major Database.

•     Understanding and development experience on enterprise architecture, integration concepts and technologies (e.g. EAI, Web Services, MQSeries, Websphere)
·         Strong knowledge and skill to specify business requirement.

·         Strong knowledge and skill in UML modeling in a software development.
·         Strong knowledge and skill in various SDLC methodologies and their documentation techniques.
•        Able to manage project schedule, resources, and targets.

•        Able to write technical documents such as FSD, SAD, SDD, or other similar project technical documents.
•        Banking, financial service and utility background is strongly preferred
