• Core Banking Integration Lead and Team Members
• Conversion Lead & Team Members
• Technical Architecture & Infrastructure Lead & Team Members QualificationsSkills requirements:
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in technology integration and/or systems implementation of any of the following core banking applications: Silverlake Axis Integrated Banking Solution (SIBS), Oracle Flexcube, Temenos T24, Infosys Finacle, TCS, BaNCS, SAP Banking Services.
• Deep understanding of core banking modules from a technology systems implementation perspective with functional expertise in one or more of the following core banking domain areas:o Loans
o Financing
o Limits & Collateral
o Payments
o Cross Products
o Deposits
o Islamic Deposit & Islamic Finance
o Customer Information File• Industry experience in retail banking, or consulting experience in the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business major
• Ability to meet travel requirements Professional Skill Requirements• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment• Desire to work in an information systems environment• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills A Career At Accenture
