A Construction Company is seeking a Construction Manager
The Role:
Ensures that overall field construction, follows the specifications and drawings in terms of HSE, quality, cost and planning.Plan and implement achieve project target, i.e, HSE, quality, cost and schedule.To finalize the list of applicable project working procedures (PWP) and Project Execution Plan.Focal point for interfacing with OWNER.Responsible to coordinate and solve commercials and technical issues or matters.To ensure sufficient manpower and competent key personnel in the project team.To manage steel load-out and coordinate with shipping contractor if required.To prepare monthly cost and progress reports including recommended corrective actions.To recommend the required multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team and organization.To manage the team including calling and chairing the necessary meetings.Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10 years experience in related field.Possess relevant experience in yard fabrication including involvement in at least one or two major projects and exposure as manager.Good presentation skills, inter- personnel skills, aggressive, dedicated, strong leadership and communication skills and responsible.Require strong hands on understanding of fabrication and construction work flow including engineering, procurement, fabrication, erection or construction, load out and sea transportation.Fluent in EnglishExperience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is an added advantage.Applicant Requirements:
