We are looking for a candidate to join our international trainee program with main objective to systematically promote young talents and establish an international pool of skilled personnel and future managers.

You will be joining a prestigious, 15-Months REHAU International Trainee Program starts in January 2015. This programme consists of both on-the-job and off-the-job training in our Corporate headquarters in Germany, and will rotate through several departments, gaining knowledge of various areas throughout the company.

After you have successfully completed the programme, you will have your base in REHAU Indonesia, with goal to take on the role as the Technical Application Development (TAD) Manager.

We will coordinate and guide your development through a formal programme, which will include coaching, mentoring, international assignments, as well as rotation in different departments in the home country.

You be able to work with many different individuals, groups and cultures and embrace change.

You will be able to display a proven track record in project management and have ideally worked within a role which has required you to demonstrate and deliver a level of customer service tailored to specific requirement.

You may have run key projects and bespoke applications from conceptions to delivery. You will be able to define and drive an accurate and sufficiently detailed project schedule to keep projects & solutions on time and on budget. You will be logical, methodical, and process orientated.

You will be able to clearly understand the financial benefits and consequences of project decisions and support the preparation of Quotes as and where needed.

You will be able to develop a standardization of Project execution processes by identifying and evaluate bottlenecks in project execution and work on process improvements and develop realistic plans for all activities from receipt of Contract through to delivery, including such detail as necessary to define critical activities to comply with contractual requirements.

A strong pro-active team person you will be able to generates/assists in the customer progress reports on a basis as required by the customer and plant.

A mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent, with engineering & manufacturing experience.

Excellent written/oral communication & Interpersonal skills.

Have the initiative & ability to work in a stand alone role or/and as part of a team

Should you have a good technical understanding of oilfield equipment products this would be advantageous.

Experience of project planning techniques.

Be a self starter who generates initiatives, sets demanding goals and shows persistence in achieving them.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required. Background in MRP and SAP preferred.

Following further engineering expansion and development in the aerospace market, we urgently require Mechanical / Hydraulic Fitters to compliment our existing team. 

The Job Role: 

- Working from drawings, specifications and assembly procedures 
- Manufacture custom or 1st off machines 
- Modify in line with design requirements 
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings 
- Fault finding and rectification 
- Work in the work-shop as and when required (manufacture + fabricate) 

- Work at customers site as and when required

This Position Would Suit: 

-A city and guilds or equivalent qualified mechanical engineer (NVQ Level 3) 
-Other machine shop skills such as lathe, milling and drilling (for manufacturing / fabricating as required) 
-Ability to work towards testing deadlines and prioritise workload effectively 
-Candidates with experience in working on heavy / complex machinery 
-Applicants who are available immediately 
-Experience in motion control and test equipment 
-Able to lift and move weights up to 25 kilos
