Plant Production & Logistics Manager (Based in Batam) [ref:jtayz]This corporation is heavily involved in development, manufacture and marketing of electronic components, modules and systems. The company is currently looking out for a suitably experienced Manager to be based at their manufacturing plant in Batam.
The key responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire production and logistics functions for the Batam plant, which includes, but not limited to, production planning, production control & scheduling, inventory planning & management, materials disposition, order fulfillment, establish KPIs, continuous process improvisation, etc.
To be considered, you would be holding a degree and possessed at least 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in logistics, preferably within electronics manufacturing industry. Your good interpersonal and organisational skills will be useful for you to excel in this role. Sound working knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite. You must be able to lead a team of about 25 staff, and offer solutions for improvements and set up KPIs.
