Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Regional Coordinator, the Regional Capacity Building Officer is responsible for Working with provincial and district government to provide organizational and program management capacity development in particular to Civil Society Organizations (CSO) that manage small grants provided by DERAP, and to government units, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in coordination with District Government in implementation of SUM Program package of support that contains organizational and program management capacity development, management of small grants, technical services for continuum of prevention to careProvide extensive technical assistance to CSOs that manage small grants from SUM 2 in organizational capacity development that includes leadership and management; program planning and mobilization; community management (mobilization and participation); advocacy, facilitation and training skills; proposal development; resource allocation mobilization plan; leverage funding to local government and units, and private sectors; monitoring and evaluation, and other needs that are relevant to organizational performance.Ensure that small grants are well managed by the recipient CSOs.Working with individual organizations (KPA, Ministry of Health (MOH), and CSOs) at district level to assess the needs of technical assistance that will support District-wide organization performance for HIV-AIDS prevention and care program.Ensure that the overall training and mentoring services is in parallel to DERAP Program package of supports plan of each targeted intervention sites.Provide technical assistance to provincial and district government, Provincial and District KPAs, government units, stakeholders, and CSOs to enable them in the use of tools and local budget development.Working in coordination with International NGOs, Donors, and UN Agencies at local level to address the training and mentoring services needs.Working to improve participation of MARPs’ indigenous leaders in the implementation of continuum of prevention to care (COPC); and promote the reduction of stigma and discrimination by providing the most accurate information about HIV-AIDS and Most At Risk Populations (MARPS) through social marketing, and public speaking and political statements of government officials and community and religious leaders.Provide technical assistance to local government in the preparation and implementation of a regular coordination meeting with district government units, stakeholders, and CSOs for program updates and semi-annual review.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible capacity building experience.

• Experience providing capacity building services to a project with a budget of at least $1 million

• Strong understanding of USAID policies and regulations in grants and contracts

• Proven experience in facilitating and overseeing high-quality financial and organizational capacity building efforts, including management of sub-grants

• Experience providing mentorship and technical assistance to CSOs

• Competence using common desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Fluency in Indonesian Bahasa and proficiency in English

A newly established company specialising on green technology consulting and services requires an OFFICE COORDINATOR.

The incumbent, who is expected to start as soon as possible in the company’s office in SCBD in Jakarta, will have the following duties:
1. Day-do-day office and secretarial works, such as answering phone calls, document filing, doing routine mail handling, making appointments, organizing schedules, ticket bookings and various other facilitative works.
2. Handling government-related routine works, such as getting information on regulations
3. Dealing with bank-related works
4. Participating in meetings with clients for some routine works

Suitable candidates for this position will meet the following requirements:
a. A university graduate, preferably with one or two years (or more) work experience
b. Honest and outgoing personality
c. Communicate well verbally and in writing
d. Able to draft letters
e. Preferably good command of English, speaking and some writing
f. Willing to travel within Indonesia
