Requirements :

The key initiatives and challenges facing the MNA PAM role are:
?Keep abreast of competitive gains against MS Technology and ensure early warnings are raised to Regional and Corp team
?Sell the value of Microsoft Windows and Office to the Partner resulting in alignment between Microsoft and the MNA.
?Managing MNA with limited decision making and influence due to Global Corp contract and high involvement of Regional and HQ Organization.
?Understand current economic condition and partner competitive strategy, Regional and Local.
?Delivery the value of genuine to the MNA to drive BOS attach. Driving an increase in BOS Attach - incremental business growth.
?Drive value of Premium SKU into MNA Strategy and influence SKU Assortment.
?The PAM must be able to express how MNA is relevant to Microsoft, Champion their MNA to Microsoft and Visa versa. Connecting MNA to right people in Microsoft.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer / Multi skilled Engineering role on behalf of our established Food Manufacturing client.

The role reports into the Engineering Coordinator and is based in Suffolk, commuting distance from Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Ely, Thetford, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out a regular PPM schedule to machines, plant, buildings and fix / report findingsReact to breakdowns and minimise factory downtime.Install new equipment.Carry out improvement works.Set up machines for optimum performance.Take responsibility for Health and Safety and good hygiene.Maintains an on-going Continuous Improvement ethos.Provide clear and robust communication channels to and from the shop floor.

Ideal Maintenance Engineer:

Recognised Engineering QualificationRecognised Electrical QualificationRecognised Multiskilling Engineering/Electrical qualificationCore Skills - Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics/Pneumatic, Refrigeration

Contracted Hours: Annualised hours: 2184 hours per annum to be worked on a shift pattern

Holidays: 248 hours per year (includes bank holidays)

Current Shift Pattern: 4 days on (6am to 6pm), 4 days off, 4 nights on (6pm to 6am), 4 days off

SALARY: £30,172 per annum

+Benefits: Pension Scheme, Healthcare (single)
