Responsibilities:

Business development, including sourcing, pitching and securing assignmentsClient relationship managementManage/provide market feasibility studies, valuation and investment advisory assignmentsPerform other related duties assigned to you by the managementRequirements:

3 to 5 years’ experience in hotel or real estate consulting, valuation or developmentBachelor degree in real estate, hotel or related disciplinesExperience in business development, sourcing and securing assignmentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishHigh integrity, responsible and good interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with strong time management ability to prioritise deadlines
