Job Description

Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base. Negotiates, closes orders and prepares quotes. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Schedules appointments for a medium territory/client base and meets with new and existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share. Provides information and support as required to secure sales. Utilizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives. Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products. Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed. Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning. Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals. Recommends plan adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor Degree

Having at least 1-2 years of working experience as Sales Executive

Active & Dinamic

Good communication skill

Highly motivated and able to work independently

Willing to be stationed in Palu

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Business Development in the assigned territory
- Managing People to help them to deliver & outperform
- Proper territory Management
- Highly Business Minded
- Achieving Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Plan & implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage
- Drive Numeric Distribution & Geographical Expansion
- Handling distributors
- Efficient stock management at CFA / stock points
- Training of Sales force & People management
- Develop & execute trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with HO

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Having at least 5 years experience in handling General Trade.
- Experienced working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods will be highly prefered.
- Experienced in handling distributor
- Preference would be for local people or from nearby area
- Willing to be relocated
