Job Summary:

To develop J&J business in the assigned area via distributor

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Business Development in the assigned territory
- Managing People to help them to deliver & outperform
- Proper territory Management
- Highly Business Minded
- Achieving Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Plan & implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage
- Drive Numeric Distribution & Geographical Expansion
- Handling distributors
- Efficient stock management at CFA / stock points
- Training of Sales force & People management
- Develop & execute trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with HO

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Having at least 5 years experience in handling General Trade.
- Experienced working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods will be highly prefered.
- Experienced in handling distributor
- Preference would be for local people or from nearby area
- Willing to be relocated

Location:

This position will be based at big cities within Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Java (outside Jakarta).

Project Manager who has experience in EPC contract in construction of a power plant (if not any other petrochemical) project.The Project Manager is to manage the project out of our Jakarta office where the client is located. Responsibilities:

Responsible for all manufacturing, manufacturing support and administrative functions needed to support shipyard operations.Ensures compliance with all Safety, Quality, Company and Regulatory directives.Directs activities in areas of safety and personnel, production, scheduling, material handling, and quality.Leads and manages foremen, QC/QA and shipyard personnel.Provides shipbuilding and repair (mainly tugs and barges) technical guidance and advices to team members.Directs and coordinates shipyard operations within company policies and procedures.Fosters a well-trained and motivated staff.Maintains a clean and safe plant.Coordinates with all functional areas of the shipyard to ensure production schedules are met.Creates and prioritizes necessary resources and steps required to accomplish goals on time.Responsible for overall quality control of the shipyard.Requirements:
