Position Description:

Responsible for managing a sales staff in the achievement of consumer product sales to new and established specialty accounts such as medical specialists, long-term care facilities or hospices to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration

-
At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversees Manages the development and servicing of specialty accounts to achieve business sales
- Reports sales results against forecasts to senior management as well as any adjustments to business plans to ensure objectives are met
- Establishes incentive plan parameters and sales goals
- Recommends ad hoc plans and contests
- Develops and monitors departmental budget
- Ensures expenses stay within budget. Reviews and approves quota and account assignment
- Monitors progress and verifies corrective action has been initiated when necessary
- Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans
- Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints
- Manages, coaches and motivates a sales team to achieve business goals

Qualifications

- Education min Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires (8-10) years related experience

Territory Coverage Management

Strategic skill to Develop business model and distribution expansion

Strategic skill to run distributor Business Review with the distributor top management

-

People management to train and empower the team to deliver their KPIs

This position is based at Surabaya.
