Business Relationship Officer

1. Qualification :

- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with majoring accounting / management

2.  Experience :

- Minimal 3 years experience in technology areas as a sales consultant

- Experience in direct handling of customers requirements

- Experiences on performing analytical task

3.  Area of Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the development of a customer's short and long term IT Plans

- Propose for IT Solution refer to customer's needs by defining solution and develop the proposal

- Monitor for any progress by coordination with project manager and communicate with customer

- Evaluate customer service with the agreed service review period (once a year) to ensure about past service performance

- Developing relationships with clients by perform intents communication with customer

- Manage any incoming formal complaint from customer and continuously monitoring and maintain each complaint

- Control the payment from customer by monitoring outgoing invoice submission to customer based on project

- Manage documentation of sales activities in each area to ensure all process done according to company procedure

- Support for lead generation activities in area marketing & sales

4. Skill :

- Computer literate

- Good written and spoken English

- Initiative

- Proactive

- Communicative
