Job Description
- Manage employee activities by coordinating with relevant stakeholder (e.g. Badminton, Futsal, DKM, etc)
- Supervise the operations of site canteen by maintaining excellence in execution
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with on-site clinic in cooperation EHS regarding company EHS initiatives
- Ensure office supplies, pantry supplies, stationary supplies and other related Site Services supplies are well maintained on monthly basis
- Create PR whenever necessary to support site operational need that fall under Site Services domain (e.g. Security, KBP, others)
- Monitor Security performance on monthly basis and conduct meeting to ensure site security is well uphold
- Manage the absence recording system for all IHI employees, liaise with the appointed vendor whenever necessary to ensure the absence machines are fully operational
- Manage the leave administration process (non-Work Day)
- Provide HR administration support to the HR Officer and the finance and business director
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR function
- Understands and implements HR policies and procedures, safety and health policies

Qualifications

· Educational background S1 or D3 with 3 years working experience in administration

· Computer literates specially working with HR data systems, inputting data and maintaining systems

· Working familiar with Microsoft tools; especially Excel & Power Point

· Fluent in English both verbal and written

· Providing administration support

· Experience of health and safety policies and procedures
