Job Description:

Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

1. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT ( ES )

• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software ( minescap. surpac, etc )
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license

2. BUSINESS ANALYST
• S1 degreee IT
• strong background in computer programming and technical knowledge
• Having minimum 3 years experience as business analyst
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the organization and translating them to specific software requirements.
• Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of organisation’s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
• Having communication & negotiation skill
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skill

3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

• Education minimum S1 Economic or any major from reputable university
• Having at least 7 (five) years experience in supply chain and 5 (three) years in managerial position.
• Outstanding integrity and honestly, a tough negotiator, having excellent communication and negotiation skill, a team work player, able to work under minimum supervision, creative, proactive, able to work in high level accuracy and be able to meet the deadline.
• Familiar with any ERP integrated advance operating system (Mincom Ellipse, SAP, etc) would be advantage.
• Fluent in English both oral & Written, fluent in Mandarin would be advantage.
• Excellent to handle all purchasing, warehouse and inventory flow process.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (Kalimantan)

4. TYRE SUPERVISOR (TS )

• Technical High School
• Tyre preventive maintenance
• Maintain correct tyre, tubes, consumable and tyre hardware stock level and coordinate with Tyre Clerk, Warehouse Supervisor for requirements
• Good cooperation coordination among co-workers
• Responsible for the normal operation of tyre section and able to deliver services to the satisfaction of rubber tyred equipment and vehicle users
• Willing to work in Remote area; Long hours work; Frequent on-call

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER ( MPE )

• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Mining software skills ( minescape, etc )
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license is advantage

6. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
• S1 degree any major
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR area.
• Minimum 3 year experience as Recruitment Supervisor / Specialist
• Computer literate
• Energetic, honest, integrity
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Well knowledge on HR Development tools

7. FUEL & OIL ANALYST ( FOA )

• DIII Statistic / Chemical / Mechanical
• Computer literate
• Jakarta based position
• Good analytical thinking
• Have 2 years experience in same position
