1. MINE PLAN ENGINEER SPV – STAFF (MPE)

Requirements:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as SURPAC, MINESCAPE, MINEX, MICROLINK, AUTOCAD

2. GRADE CONTROL SPT – SPV (GC)

Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company for Supervisor and 5 (five) years experience for Superintendent
4. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
5. Responsible for the stockpiles
6. o observation at the mine pit
7. Well understanding about HSE / K3 procedure
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet

3. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (KTT)

Requirements:
1. Male, maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Possess POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) or POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate from Dept ESDM
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
13. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

4. SURVEYOR

Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum D3 degree from faculty of Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodetic or Geophysics
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience as mining surveyor
4. Experience in mining exploration mapping and data processing
5. Able to use mining software such as Surpac and AutoCAD
6. Able to use Total Station equipment
7. Well knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
8. Good physical health and having an adventure personality

5. PLANT / MAINTENANCE (SPT – SPV)

Responsibilities :
1. Lead, manage and facilitating of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Maintenance Task Analysis of asset based on their consequences by evaluating technical feasibility, economical worthiness and failure finding interval calculation
2. Manage and controlling of Used Oil Analysis conducted in engine, hydraulic system, transmission, differential and gear box as condition monitoring tools
3. Review existing and history of operation and repair and preauthorizing problems by downtime, frequency and cost, then develop on action plan(s) that has to be done to solve highest influencing factor(s) to trend down cost and MTTR and trend up PA, MTBF and MTTFS
4. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI): $/hr, PA, MTBF, MTTR, MTTFS, Planned/unplanned ratio, and its monitoring system
5. Develop and update maintenance procedure (including Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Planned Component Replacement and breakdown) and also developing and updating maintenance standard (duration, man-hours and cost) to ensure that all maintenance work are done safely, effective and efficient
6. Lead a failure analysis team and publish failure analysis report
7. Perform equipment physical condition and economical evaluation to recommend continue to maintain or replace the unit
8. Prepare yearly equipment budget. Monitor, report and present actual spending compare to budget

Requirements :
1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum S1 from mechanical, automotive or electrical
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in related field, preferably from mining company or heavy duty equipment company
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
5. Good knowledge of heavy duty equipment such as dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
6. Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts for all type of heavy duty equipment
7. Good knowledge about safety procedure

6. PARAMEDIC SITE (DOCTOR – NURSE)

Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from mining industry
3. S1 from faculty of Medicine (Doctor) and D3/S1 from faculty of Nursery (Nurse)
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Have already done PTT (Doctor-General Practitioner) and Surat Ijin Perawat (Nurse)
7. Experienced in medical evacuation
8. Good knowledge about K3 / HSE, preferably posses Hiperkes certification
9. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
10. To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule

7. HSE SUPERINTENDENT – SUPERVISOR (HSE)

Responsibilities :
1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining or oil & gas industry for Superintendent and 3 (three) years experience for Supervisor
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
8. Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result

8. LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT – SPV (WAREHOUSE / BBM)

Requirements for Logistic – Warehouse:
1. Graduated from D3 / S1 degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or administration
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry
3. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
4. Computer literate in using MS office and Internet
5. Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
6. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistic, inventory management

Requirements for Logistic – BBM:
1. Graduated from D3 / S1 degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or administration
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry
3. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
4. Computer literate in using MS office and Internet
5. Monitoring quality and quantity fuel supply at mining site
6. Monitoring and maintain fuel station and fuel truck at mining site
7. Monitoring fuel crew and heavy equipment movement at mining site
8. Ensure optimum inventory level of fuel usage, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize loss or waste
9. ell understanding about Safety / K3

9. ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR (ENVIRO)

Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of environmental engineering, forestry or agriculture
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from mining, forestry or plantation company
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Good knowledge in nursery and mining reclamation
7. Well understanding about safety / K3 procedure
8. Good interpersonal and organizational skill

10. GEOLOGIST (GEOST)

Responsibilities:
1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology or Mining Engineering
3. Min. 3 years experience in mining industry, preferable in mining exploration
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (for Junior Geologist)
5. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
6. Able to use mining software (Surpac, Minecom, AutoCAD)
7. Able to make a progress report of exploration
8. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
9. Good physical health and able to work in a team
10. Willing to work in remote area, with rotation schedule

Responsibilities (for SPT Geologist):
1. Able to make progress report on designated project
2. Resource definition and estimation, including quality assurance and quality control procedures
3. Able to control exploration program, geological modeling, reserve calculations
4. Research, review and assess geological and geophysical data in the planning, implementation and monitoring of exploration activities for company tenure areas; work closely with GM Exploration, Geologist, GIS and drilling team members to develop exploration targets
5. Develop and maintain geological model for each exploration target area
6. Preparation of technical reports for the various feasibility studies and quarterly statutory government reports
