Bank Negara Indonesia role as the circulation and central bank was duly terminated in 1949 following the government’s appointment of the former Dutch-controlled bank, De Javasche Bank, as Indonesia’s Central Bank .

The Bank, subsequently designated as a development bank, was later granted the rights to provide foreign reserve services that allowed it access to direct foreign transactions.

We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following position:

Relationship Manager (Code A & B)
Manage existing customer relationship
Identify and obtain new customers
Monitor customer’s financial and industry condition
Identify and meet customer’s need with the bank’s asset, liability and service products
Achieve individual revenue and loan quality targets

Requirements General:

Good command of written and spoken English
Familiar work with Microsoft Office
Good looking performance
Have opportunity to learn in different area

Code A:

Minimum 3 years experience as a bank’s Relationship Manager preferably as Corporate Relationship Manager who has lending experiences in one or more of these industry sectors : chemical, oil and gas, infrastructure, palm plantation
Has managed customer loan portfolio of at least Rp 500 billion
Maximum age of 35 years old by March 01, 2012

Code B:

Minimum 3 years experience as a bank’s Relationship Manager preferably as Corporate Relationship Manager who has lending experiences in one or more of these industry sectors : maritime, heavy equipment, construction services, coal mining, palm plantations, oil & gas, electricity, property
Has managed customer loan portfolio of at least Rp 200 billion
Maximum age of 35 years old by March 1, 2012.

Credit Analyst (Code C)
Gather and verify data and information about existing and potential customers
Prepare and submit proposal of customer’s credit facilities
Monitor customer’s financial and industry conditions
Comply with the bank’s credit policies and procedure
Achieve individual revenue and loan quality targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experiences as a bank’s credit analyst
Has lending experiences in one or more of these industry sectors : maritime, heavy equipment, construction services, coal mining, palm plantation, oil & gas, electricity, property
Good command of written and spoken English and familiar work with Microsoft Office
Maximum age of 30 years old by March 1, 2012.

Entry Level Officer Development Program (Code D)
Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable university (local / overseas) majoring in Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Agriculture, Fishery, Forestry, Plantation, Animal Husbandry, Law and Business Administration
Minimum GPA : Bachelor Degree 2.75 (PTN/PTS); Master Degree 3.00 (PTN/PTS)
Good command of written and spoken English and familiar work with Microsoft Office
Maximum age by March 01, 2012 : Bachelor Degree 26 years old, Master Degree 28 years old
Have opportunity to learn in different area.

Frontliner (Code E) And Processing (Code F)
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline (fresh graduate experienced)
Minimum GPA : 2.75 (PTN/PTS)
Single : Male / Female
Maximum age of 24 years by March 01, 2012.
