Technical Sales Specialist

This Role
This role, based in Kalimantan will require extensive travel which will see you working very closely with end users throughout Indonesia and potentially other regions of SE Asia. With a strong customer focus you will be expected to promote our hydraulic cylinder rebuild seal kits to the market end users, with a strong focus on mining operations, contractors and rebuild centres. In addition to the sales aspects of this role you will also be required to develop OEM segments to expand our market share. You will also provide CRM reports, sales plans and forecasting.
As this is a highly autonomous role, to be successful, you will need to have a mechanical engineering background and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems.Experience with heavy mobile mining equipment will also be highly regarded.You will require an adaptable sales approach as you will be selling to a wide variety of people and organizations. As you will be covering all of Indonesia, you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a broad geographical area but also your time very effectively. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide a proven track record of sales success in an on-road sales position that requires you to be the front of mind with customers at all times.
