Job Description :
Responsible for credit control, review and monitor accounts receivables. Ensure the Companies credit policies are adhered to and in accordance to Group policies. Timely preparation of monthly Account Receivable Management reports.
Major responsibilities :
Credit monitoring on the collection of AR on a timely basis. Regular follow-up with customers on debt overdue to ensure prompt collection as well as withholding tax art.23 slip. And ensure that current debts do not fall into more than 60 days overdue except for exception givenPosting incoming and clearing AR for related company in charge (H+1)Liaise with Sales Managers/Division Manager/Sales Executives of various departments with regards to the old outstanding debts as well as the current debts. Perform regular meetingPreparing Account Statement every month. Make sure all statement being sent to the right contact person and follow up replyPerform credit evaluation of existing and new customers ie credit limit, credit period and risk category together with Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and General Managers/Managing Director on period basisPerform audit for cash/cheques payment received from customerPrepare AR monthly report and forecast collection for related company in charge. Provide good comments for each outstanding invoices (outstanding > 30 days) recorded at monthly AR AgingAct on behalf of the company in visiting customer for solving problem AR collection with respective Sales Manager
