We are looking for a young, creative Italian Head Chef with previous work experience in an Italian Fine Dining restaurant.

Our clients operates one of the finest luxury hotels in the city and the Italian Restaurant is well known for its high quality authentic Italian cuisine.

Ideally our candidate comes from a freestanding Italian restaurant environment and has previous work experience in Asia.

The candidate must have:-

1. Strong leadership skills and outstanding organizational talents.
2. Must have Fine Dining work experience.
3. Creative flair; understanding and importance of presentation and quality ingredients.
4. Preferably single.
5. Age between 30-40 years
6. Outgoing, pleasant personality, able to interact with customers and staff.

The company expects from the candidate to be well versed in all aspects of kitchen management.

Full proficiency of English is a must and the educational background must include completion of High School or similar, professional qualifications of European standard and familiarity with HACCAP principles.
