Currently we have several vacant positions as below:

1. Assistant Driller & Driller

Requirement:

· Have working experience as assistant driller or driller for mineral exploration min.3 years

· Ready to work at the site / field office on a roster scheme (6/3, 5/2 or 4/2 weeks).

· Education level minimum SMA / STM

2. RC driller

Requirement:

· Minimum 5 years experiences in operating the Drill Rigs, particularly RIG type UDR 1000, UDR 650 & SCHRAMM.

· Preference will give to those who currently holding this position in the mineral drilling industry.

· Education level minimum SMA / STM.

· Familiar with SHE & other environment rule & regulation.

· Operate and maintain drilling rigs and ancillary equipment and Assist mechanics in routine service and maintenance on drill rigs, vehicles, ancillary equipment and tools.

· Collect/layout/pack/label/dispatch formation samples.

· Ensuring that adequate duty of care is exercised in all aspects of your work activities.

· Personal compliance with the BLY OH&S Regulations and any site specific rules.

· Maintaining drill rigs, drill sites, and associated equipment to a high standard of operational reliability, service, and appearance.

· Understanding fully the terms of the drilling program and liaising with the Supervisor to ensure successful completion.

· Consistently applying sound drilling practices and techniques to the best of your ability. Consult with Supervisor if conditions become abnormal, or conditions encountered are outside your ability.

· Attendance, punctuality, general attire of all personnel must be enforced.

· Your personal presentation, behavior and conduct meet or exceed company requirements.

3. Maintenance Administrator

Requirement:

· Male or female

· Minimum diploma degree from reputable university

· Fluent in English both oral and written

· Have working experience minimum 2 years as admin procurement, admin purchasing or admin warehousing

· Prefer from same industry such as mining company, mining service company

· Will be placed in our office at Jalan Suci No 12B, Susukan, Ciracas

4. HR supervisor based on site

Requirement:

· Male or Female

· Willing to be placed in our project (on site)

· Minimum has 3 years working of experience in HR area

· Good in English both oral and written

5. Mechanic

Requirement:

· Hands on Cummins engine

· Min. have 3 years working of experience as mechanic

· Ready to work at the site / field office on a roster scheme (6/3, 5/2 or 4/2 weeks).

· Education level minimum SMA / STM

6. General Electrician

· Min. have 3 years working experience as electrician

· Have experience in maintenance of all the electrical equipment electrical switchgear, and electrical distribution throughout the mine site.

· capable of fault finding on basic electrical systems as well as on more complex electronic controlled systems. Mobile cranes, generators, CAT mobile plant and isuzu light vehicle experience is desirable, but not essential.

7. Graduate Management Program

The 36-month program involves a number of attachments to various core functional areas of the business. During attachments to the core functions, trainees will take an active role and be expected to contribute to the business as full time executive through actual job assignments.

a. The successful candidates must obtain a Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited University with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00) with any following disciplines:

· Mining & Petroleum Engineering

· Geological Engineering

b. Maximum 30 years of age (by December 2012)

c. Excellent language capacity in English is a must

d. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

e. Willing to be stationed in any city in Indonesia
