Responsibilities: Manage the Engineering Department consisting of Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering and Product DevelopmentExcellent knowledge in furniture drafting, construction, assembly and jig/pattern makingFamiliar with Autocad software. Inventor software capability would be a plusExperience with technique for furniture process for all types of furnitureMinimum 5 years experience in managerial position in furniture manufacturingRequirements: Degree holder in any Engineering courseMinimum 5 years experience in managerial position in furniture manufacturingLiaise with customers and plant for all technical issuesKnowledgeable on basic woodworking machine and its operationFluent in both written and spoken EnglishStrong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essentialHard worker, honest, independentComfortable working in a high pressure environment and flexibility in meeting tight deadlinesGood communication skills and strong personalityWilling to be based in Semarang, Central Java, IndonesiaNo need to follow-up your application.
