Male, min 30 years old (expatriates are welcome to apply)Min Diploma in culinary studiesMin 3 years of experience in the same position from other prestigious Japanese restaurants and previous experience in setting up a new outletAble to create new variety of Japanese menus/cuisines (classic/modern/yoshoku concepts)Willing to work long hours, during weekend and Public HolidaysSmart, good leadership and communication skillsProficiency in EnglishAble to lead a kitchen teamGood computer skillsAble to train staffs following company's SOPGood knowledge of food cost, budget and cost control
