Workgroup’s Purpose
The workgroup’s purpose is to drive business success for the Retail Sales and Marketing division (RSM) in the APAC Region (Australia, Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines). Excellence in establishing, maintaining and expanding the sales and marketing of our key product segments as we expand our retail and consumer offerings are important activities for success. The primary initiatives are to drive sales and responsibility margin in the RSM range of products and continue to improve our consumer marketing and retail management, while managing business growth and change.

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for defining, planning, developing and executing all Windows Product Marketing activities, including all P&L responsibility, BTL activities, collaterals, training program for RSP, incentive for RSP and events initiated and organized by RSM in the APAC Region. In addition, this role is also responsible for defining, planning, developing, and executing all partner marketing activities. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the Windows Marketing budget and must work closely with APAC subsidiaries to deliver business results.

Success metrics: Top line and bottom line P&L, Marketing efficacy, ROI attainment, Customer & Partner satisfaction, Control of marketing expense and campaign metrics.

Responsibility
- Plan, develop, support and in some cases execute Product Marketing activities, including P&L Management, BTL & ATL activities, initiated and organized by RSM in the territory.
- Work with subsidiary teams to develop and execute partnership marketing programs which leverage complementary brands in order to build cultural connection, drive sales and increase the top of mind awareness of our products and services.
- Work with subsidiaries to design, plan, develop and produce all communications strategies, activities, and retail merchandizing materials. Ensure brand consistency throughout the department’s marketing campaigns, retail merchandizing material and activities.
- Support the subsidiaries in APAC in determining the strategic direction of department’s communications programs in marcom, advertising and retail merchandizing areas.
- Manage external vendors and source sponsors/partners in relation to marketing activities, promotions, direct mailing, collaterals production, web/online development, events and retail merchandizing.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budget. Coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion with great quality and within budget.
- Provide market intelligence in the area of advertising, event and merchandizing by key competitors to assist business owners in deciding on marketing and retail activities.

Requirements
Ø Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field with 8 - 10 years of marketing experience is required (MBA is view positively)
Ø Marketing knowledge qualification preferred
Ø Proven product marketing and retail background/knowledge.
Ø Well organized. Strong project management skills and experience working across groups
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Action oriented. Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
Ø Creative, Enthusiasm and self-motivation
Ø Ability to operate with little direct supervision
Ø Strategic thinking
Ø Great interpersonal skills. Good team player
Ø High Integrity
Ø Leadership and Influencing skill and experience will be required
Ø Relevant experience in FMCG brand management will be a plus
Ø Consumer industrial and regional knowledge will be an advantage

No supervisory or management experience is expected at this point though there is potential for this in the future.
