To supervise and lead a team of operators to achieve targeted OutputTo manage production operators in proper production techniques and proceduresTo ensure meeting production schedules and quality specifications, managing operator’s process compliance.To coordinate daily operational tasks for a production unit or manufacturing support unit to achieve daily operationsTo execute cost reduction program, productivity improvement, and production efficiency.To meet customer order requirement.To lead yield improvement and leadership to achieve breakthroughs in productivity and quality.To prepare daily and weekly Production report & assist in preparing Production performance reportTo develop solution to problems with limited complexity, which have been clearly definedTo make decision within given policies, procedures and guidelines with close supervisionTo review and evaluate team performances with team members & follow through with action plan.To motive the team for better performanceTo ensure good housekeepingTo manage team's Training & Development activities and recruitment activitiesRequirements: Applicant must be willing to be stationed at Batam, IndonesiaCandidate must possess at least Diploma in Production / Manufacturing Engineering /Industrial Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 2 years supervisory working experiences in manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills with good command of English and Malay language
