Our client creates hotels that are a stylish, complemented by exceptional high standards in all aspects of guest service delivery.

This spectacular Villas only property will open sometime late this year on the Island of Bali.

We are now looking for a Hotel Manager, an individual that can relate to luxury hotels and the service and quality standards expected.

He must have an eye for detail and flair for the finer things in life; familiarity with the culture and previous opening experience in Asia at a luxury hotel level are essential part to be considered.

We expect the candidate to have outstanding financial acumen and the ability to drive operational excellence throughout the property.

We expect the applicant to have the following minimum criteria:

• Degree from a recognized University/ Hotel Academy.
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written form, additional languages are of advantage.
• Age between 35-45 years old.
• 5 star presentation.
• Hotel/Resident Manager for at least 5 years with preopening experience at a Villa style property.
