• implementation of functional CRM solutions to optimize a company's business processes, management and relationships.Key responsibilities may include
• Documenting business requirements
• Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface, usability testing)
• Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities
• Performing testing work
• Administering tools (e.g., testing tools) Qualifications
• Preferred exposure to/experience in Process Assessment and Design, Process Architecture Implementation, marketing automation, marketing resource management, sales technologies, contact center - Agent Desktop, customer self-service technologies, warranty management, field service technologies, PRM (Partner Relationship Management), order management, customer billing
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

• Minimum 3 year undergraduate degree
• General experience in the Telecom industry is also beneficial, ideally in areas such as: Contact Centre and Web
