EHS manager


The Company:
a Manufacturer Company is seeking an EHS Manager

The Role:
Smooth Running for EHS department to prepare annually EHS planning, to implement it and to monitor EHS improvement.
Ensure EHS compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
EHS contact person for government and Responsible for all EHS permit, documentation and report to government.
Ensure EHS compliance with EHS Company Global standards and use Global EHS guidelines and standards as based of all activities within Company site.
Communicates all EHS related matters within the site and to regional/ global EHS.
Manage EHS budget.
Improve EHS team skill, motivate, guide and team building.
Manage EHS training system.
Manage, Implement, Improve and Audit EHS management system and procedure and follow up audit report
Responsible for reporting monthly/ quarterly/semester/annualy EHS report to Government and to Company.
Manage Daily activity work for environmental such as waste water treatment plant, hazardous waste, air emission, Environmental monitoring, for safety such as working permit, accident/incident investigation, inspection, risk assessment etc.
Manage waste water treatment facility.
Ensure Process Safety Management Program is in place.


Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical / Occupational health and Safety / Chemical engineering
3 – 5 years of similar work in chemical industry
Expert in EHS management, standards and implementation
Good analytical thinking and problem solving
Good communication skill, Presentation skill.
Fluently in English
Computer literate
Certified as Ahli K3 Umum (General Safety Expert) or Ahli K3 Kimia (Chemical Safety Expert)
Have good track working experiences in similar field
Good understanding of in Process Safety Management
Good understanding of Chemical hazards
Experience in managing waste water treatment
Good relation with government authorities


Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Only candidates with the rights to work in Indonesia will be considered
