Country Manager (Geotechnical Engineering) - Indonesia

THE CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an international contractor, specialising in groundworks. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Country Manager for their operations in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all of the company’s business operations in Indonesia


• Monitoring and achieving set targets for turnover and margins within Indonesia through effective business development and marketing strategy


• Negotiating and ensuring effective and efficient execution of contracts in order to achieve corporate business goals


• Monitoring profit and loss


• Managing staff and delegating tasks


• Any additional administrative, accounting, financial, and legal duties

THE PERSON

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Civil Engineering


• Background in geotechnical engineering, with a technical knowledge of groundworks and/or foundation techniques


• Knowledge of the construction sector in Indonesia


• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a distinct advantage


• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
