Trainee General Manager



Our client, a leading company in the national and international removals market, now seeks a Trainee General Manager to join their branch in Indonesia.


The Position:


Identifying new business opportunities and attend networking meetings, sales calls and present services to Client offices;


Providing Clients with the highest quality service;


Arranging Client visits;


Conducting pre-move survey assessments;


Providing quotations and/or proposals to Clients and business partners


Staff management


Within 12-18 months you will be fully trained on all aspects of running a large International Removals Company with the goal to become General Manager at the end of this term.

The Candidate Profile:


The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma/degree coupled with 1-2 years’ previous experience in the international removals/relocations industry in a similar position.


The candidate must have experience and be willing to work in a highly competitive environment


The ideal incumbent will have an exceptional client satisfaction orientation and highly developed customer service skills.


A flexible and resilient nature and proven experience in managing and continuously developing a client portfolio is essential.


Fluency in written and verbal English is essential as well as computer literacy (especially in MS Office).
