ASEAN Value Products Commercial Manager Job

Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to):

- Commercial sales and success of the entire ASEAN Value Healthcare product portfolio.

- Establish and lead a team of in-country Value Healthcare account managers

- Integrating and coordinating with Region Product Marketing for successful NPIs (New Product Introduction). Ensure that country managers and channel partners are properly trained on product portfolio.

- Accurately forecast ASEAN portfolio sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications. Lead, prepare, co-ordinate and participate in business reviews/forecasts for Regional Sales Management

- Define and drive market specific strategy for the business to drive growth, with focus on high impact, strategic initiatives

- Adapt ASEAN channel partner strategy and policy, competency mapping including compliance and execute Dealer Performance Metrics and specific incentive programs.

- Lead team to recruit, qualify, facilitate new channel partners through appointment process gaining necessary approvals/P&L support, on-board channels, train business partners, and evaluate channel effectiveness

- Establishing executive relationships and developing local provincial government and corporate contracts. Maintain familiarity and operating at all levels within all government or group purchasing networks.

- Pro-actively identify opportunities within the value healthcare product portfolio to create competitive advantage through integrating GEHC products and services.

- Effectively leverage key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing leadership and direction where there are crucial customer interfaces. Strengthen the external image of the business with luminaries and thought-leaders.
