Enterprise Architect Consultant Senior

The purpose of this role is to ensure high quality in architecture and design specifications. This role will drive the architecture development and be instrumental in closing the gap between how the business is supported by processes and Telco and IT.

Drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment, . Work closely with the customer to be able to propose improvements and identify new business opportunities.

This role will drive the development of the primarily OSS/BSS area within every realization project. This role will facilitate workshops, capture requirements and translate this into architecture models.

Perform business development (to grow Ericsson business and Consulting Services) Continuously identify innovate profitable business opportunities Analyze customer and user offerings, market scenarios, customer go to market strategy. Develop Capabilities Bridging strategy with structure Proactively envisions, defines and communicates/motivates future architectural wanted positions and direction in the solution creation process by acting as an internal consultant and guide. Creates and evolves the architecture transition plan Defines architecture standards and principles Defines the terminology to be used by other architect roles when populating the architecture with content. Analyses industry trends affecting area of responsibility Oversees implementation plans, ensuring compliance and alignment to architectural transition plans. Responsible for maintaining overall architectural focus across functional/technical silos. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Knowledge on domain standardization such as eTOM MAP & SID, TAM, The Open Group, OMG Practitioner, etc. and experience to dovetail the same into customer solutions Understands and maximize use of Enterprise Integration Patterns and Core Java balancing performance and flexibility needs of the solution. Drives high-density & linear scalable solutions Support the Project Managers by drilling down the solution into activities and providing effort estimates to make project budget.Extensive knowledge depth and breadth in the area of responsibility – Its drivers, issues, and strategic directions and plans Experience in a variety of complex architecture projects, able to lead and direct other architect roles. Are able to analyze complex business situations to see patterns, and to describe them in a structured way to be understood by business, IT and other architect roles Are visionary, open-minded, and a facilitator/driver of change Is a great communicator Enterprise Architecture certifications offered on the market is seen a plus, but is not mandatory for the role.Good knowledge in EA & Telco, IT Industry frameworks/reference model like TOGAF, ITIL, NGOSS/Framework Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

We expect you to have:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar education and relevant work experience, at least 10 years.

Documented experience of development of IT/Telco management platforms and the architecture of these.

Working with functional and technical requirements on technical platforms and/or IT systems and processes.

Experience from an international working environment

Knowledge from industries e.g. IT, Telecom

Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks e.g. TOGAF, ITIL NGOSS

Leadership experience

Consultancy experience, at least 15 years.

Consultative approach and capability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
