The Company:

This is a leading European company specialising in multi-channel provision of mass market consumer finance with a focus on lending to consumers seeking purchases of durable goods.

The Role:

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia and reporting to the country CEO, the position will be managing a team of more than 1,500 sales associates across the various parts of Indonesia. He/she will be required to develop sales strategy and implementation plan in line with the company’s overall objectives.

Besides from delivering given KPIs such as volume and profitability of each sales channel, the role will also require the development of the Point-of-Sales (POS) model across Indonesia that would deliver required productivity.

The Individual:

10+ years of experience in a sales driven organization, preferably FMCG, managing large distribution network with at least 1,000+ Sales Associates will be critical to the success of this position.

Working experience across Indonesia with International FMCG organisations will be highly regarded.
