Job Description :
Manage the maintenance staff and ensure that hotel facilities and systems operate properlyMay work in both an office setting, scheduling workers on repair assignments, as well as in the field, solving air-conditioning or other system malfunctionsResponsible for coordinating with contractors on renovations, remodels, and new constructioCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalentMinimal two years experienced in similar position, in 4 or 5 stars hotelMaximum age 40 years oldShould deliver outstanding upkeep, to agree standards in all areas, yet operate within budgetary guidelines and make financially sound decisionsStrong leadership, ability to drive the team, result and target oriented, analytical skill, strategic thinker, have problem solving and decision making skillsExcellent interpersonal skill, proactive and customer service orientedFluent in written and spoken English is a must, Japanese will be an advantageWilling to work at Karawang (Staff quarter will be provided)
