Our respected client is seeking a professional and detailed oriented individual with deep understanding in general accounting and having experience of joining multi finance company for the position of Deputy of Accounting Department Head, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible in managing and controlling the activity of Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience as an Auditor in the previous experience. Key Job responsibilities include: Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff.Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Maintaining financial security by establish an internal controlMaintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and proceduresConfirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.Bachelor degree (min.) preferably in finance, management or accountingAt least 10 years experiences in Financing Industry Deep knowledge and experience in Accounting in GeneralCarrying the experience in Auditing in the previous experienceExcellent in leadership skills and managing peopleHigh level in business and strategy execution Exceptional in analytical and problem solve skills Having a prudent and firm decision making skills Proficiency in English Target Oriented All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
