Private Sector Engagement Specialist – Biodiversity Conservation Program, Indonesia

The Private Sector Engagement Specialist is an expert in

private sector dynamics in Indonesia and with a good track

record of working with the international organizations in a

related area. Further s/he will ensure the quality and timely

preparation of all reports and documentation related to the

component. The position will be full time and based in Jakarta.

Qualifications:

* Degree in business management, public relations, forestry,

natural resource management, or international development;

Master’s degree preferred;

* Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in effective private

sector collaboration and development, preferably in environment

conservation or forestry at national and sub national levels;

* Demonstrated understanding of palm oil, pulp and paper, and

other forest-based business, as well as the Indonesian business

environment;

* Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required;

* Experience working on USAID funded programs preferred;

* Qualified Indonesian nationals strongly encouraged to apply.
