Business Consultant – Result Measurement

As a Business Consultant-Results Measurement, you will assist in the set-up and operationalisation of the monitoring and result measurement system for a selected number of interventions based on the DCED standard for results measurement. Together with a Senior Business Consultant – RM, you will be responsible for assuring the quality of this system. You will support the Portfolio Teams in their regular monitoring tasks (articulating result chains and respective indicators for measurement; identifying, quantifying and verifying the milestones and targets; developing monitoring plans; collecting data; analysing the result, learning, planning and reporting); enhance the strategic decision making and learning processes; build the capacity of the Portfolio teams to apply the DCED standard for results measurement in designing and implementing the interventions. Where possible you will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, lead research initiatives, ensure proper use of research tools and methods, and assist sector team with research design and analysis where necessary.
