IS Project Manager / Site Leader - Mason Companies, Inc. - Chippewa Falls, WI

Exceptional opportunity located in Marshfield, WI. Responsible for building a set of common practices and procedures for managing projects through-out the organization. Has expert experience in Project/Program Management and able to lead in coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. Will also act as a IS Site Manager for one of the divisions.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed largely sitting at a desk in a pleasant office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Regular contact with associates and the general public. Frequent mental and visual concentration for computer usage. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40-45 hours per week, with some overtime during the peak season. There is regular use of the keyboard and telephone. Requires near and mid-range vision.

Education / Experience Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.


• Five years of experience is required managing project portfolios, creating methodologies and managing projects to meet objectives.


• Five years of project management experience is required in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to IT Analysts, IT Developers, IT Operations, Help Desk and PMO.


• Project Management Institute certification (PMP) is preferred.


• Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information , Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Data Center Management, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management


• Requires the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization; plan, prioritize and organize work effectively under pressure and time deadlines; and foster team oriented work atmosphere.
