Our Client is looking for a Lead Generator / B2B to join their expanding team


Job Title
:                     Lead Generator / B2B 

Responsible to:           Account Manager

Hours:                         Full time (40 hours)

Salary:                         £18,000 to 22k (OTE)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:

Proactively prospect and develop relationships and opportunities within the B2B sectorHave individual responsibility and take ownership for both key prospect accounts and within your territoryWork closely with the Clients playing an active role in ensuring that new ideas are cultivated and best practice is establishedSupport local area marketing strategies with the provision of relevant, timely and insight-led management information in order to target activityLook to maximise opportunities for the Company and ensure customers are visited where appropriateProactively update and develop the client database including within the appropriate territories and sectors

Experience and Skills Required:

Demonstrable experience in the B2B arena with experience of office/field based relationship management with prospects/customersExperience of Fleet Sales would be beneficialDemonstrable successful track record in proactive development of client relationships in a competitive environmentExcellent listening, communication and problem solving skills with the ability to build an ongoing rapport with customers at all levelsAbility to be particularly effective with decision-makers over the telephoneStrong understanding of the sales process and the principles of service qualityProven track record in successfully managing relationships at a senior levelSound written, numerical and well developed analytical skillsAbility to work independently, take decisions appropriately and demonstrate practical application of knowledgeFlexible and supportive approach to colleagues and workA self-starter with a positive mental attitude, pro-activeness, enthusiasm and willingness to take responsibility for own performanceA competent PC user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and WordStrong administration and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritiseHigh attention to detail and quality awareness
