Junior Sous Chef required for this stunning fine dining restaurant located in one of London’s leading hotels.

This luxury 5 star hotel, which is one of the leading hotels in London, is seeking talented Junior Sous Chef to join the stable brigade of its stunning fine dining restaurant. You will be creating fresh modern/traditional British Cuisine with a strong focus on using seasonal, locally sourced produce. You must have experience within 5 Star Hotels or restaurants of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating.

As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections. You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will also be given the opportunity to contribute new ideas towards the menu. An attractive salary of £28,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
