My client is a highly respected and prominent food manufacturer who supplies products for the high end retailers.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the business exceeds customer expectations from a Hygiene perspective in a cost effective and safe manner. You will manage, monitor and improve the hygiene standards across the site in line with customer and legislative demands. Manage and motivate a team of hygiene personnel ensuring that they are appraised and trained to an appropriate standard.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role. You will have a sound knowledge of hygiene principles and practices being able to motivate a team under demanding circumstances.
