Purchasing Support Administrator...

Part time opportunity for a 6 month contract working in a purchasing department, supporting Raw Materials Planners and Buyers, SAP with essential previous purchasing experience.

Duties to include:-


Placing and expediting orders and updating the SAP system with order confirmations.Working with the Raw Material planners, run daily late order report and chase up deliveriesChase up account issues and credits from suppliersLoad non conformances and chase up with supplier and QCFiling, archiving and updating supplier filesAll round support where needed in the Raw Materials planning area

Working hours would be 12.30 – 17.15 Monday to Thursday and 12.00 – 16.00 Friday.
