Indonesia: Multiple positions for upcoming climate change adaptation project in Indonesia
Abt Associates, a mission-driven, global leader in research and program implementation in the field of international development, seeks qualified candidates for an upcoming USAID-funded climate change adaptation program in Indonesia. The objective of the program is to improve climate and disaster resilience in Indonesia working at national, provincial and local levels, including working directly with communities, local organizations and the private sector. The program will focus on building capacity for integrating disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation into development planning. Successful candidates will be fluent in both English and Bahasa. They will also have a demonstrated ability to work and coordinate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Operations Manager Opportunity
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or similar field.Minimum of four years of experience providing support for USAID-funded projects or organizations.Experience managing or overseeing donor-compliant procurement, subcontracts, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, personnel processes, and human resources systems.Strong understanding of USAID policies and regulations related to financial management, financial reporting, procurement processes, and subcontract and grant management.Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Opportunity
Qualifications:
An advanced degree in environmental sciences, planning, business, economics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor-funded projects in South East Asia required, Indonesia experience preferred, USAID experience preferred.Experience with climate change adaptation or disaster risk reduction projects strongly preferred.Experience in knowledge sharing with government stakeholders desired.Regional Coordinator Opportunity
Qualifications:
