1. Role
Product Manager is in charge of local new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management in Indonesia, in coordination with local sales/SE team, Business Units that develop Cisco products, and other functional teams. The key role is to provide new product readiness and its availability throughout the lifecycle to Cisco sales/SE team and the local partners for product selling by ensuring that the product is ready to sell in the country under the localized end-to-end product launch procedures

2. Responsibilities
- Build new product introduction (NPI) process that is aligned with Cisco product development and launch methodology and that also accommodates to the local Cisco-partner business model
- Execute NPI to new product that impacts to Cisco and partner sales in order to confirm the product is ready to sell
- Manage the local product readiness to ensure new product will be available at the target launch timeframe with required homologation approval obtained in the country by interacting with Business Unit and Corporate Compliance teams
- Deliver new product launch information to Cisco sales and partners using effective communication vehicles to set their right expectation to the first customer shipment
- Regularly communicate with the local sales/SE management to capture NPI priority to new products
- Update the NPI process by analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end product launch procedures
- Gather requirements on “Ease of product selling” from the local sales and SE teams as well as partners and solve challenging problems by cross-functionally working with other functional teams to leverage existing resources

3. Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Telecommunication, IT or similar
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Internet business – either having worked for the customer or vendor side
- Product management experience with good understanding of product development and it life cycle
- Good Understanding of homologation requirements and the approval process in Indonesia
- Excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in English and the local language
- Team player who is able to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- The ideal candidate is an excellent, self-learning talent always on top of the latest market trends who enjoys team work in an international / multicultural environment
