Job Description :
Responsible on the day to day operation of storeProvide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaintsProviding excellent service to customers leading to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factorsMaximum age 30 years oldMinimum education is Senior High SchoolAble to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidaysHaving experience minimum 2 years in retail industry, experience in Supervisory or Managerial role would be an advantage (experience in Sport or Apparel would be an advantage)Fluent in spoken and written EnglishMust be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining the team1 Full-Time positionLocation : Jakarta (Lippo Mall Kemang Village)
