Minimum Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in design related majorsMinimum working experience: 1 yearStrong will to succeed, responsible, strong spirit, self-disciplined, creative, energetic, fast learner, attention to detail, love art, and funComfortable in working independently or in teamExcellent portfolio with track record in web designSocial and working knowledge of social media platform and digital communicationsMust be able to provide site content and have basic knowledge of website structure and functionalityExtensive knowledge in html, CSS and Java script.Excellent understanding of user experience, presentation, live community and web content.Must be able to work with Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and other Adobe design softwareUnderstanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.Ability to translate functional requirements and wireframes into UI.Knowledge of basic copyright issues a plusProficient with reading, writing and troubleshooting HTMLWorking knowledge of PHP, MySQL, web design conventions, user experience, web standards, optimization and best practices is a plus. SEO and SEM is a great plus.
