Tanggung Jawab:

Me-review aktivitas corporate legalMenjembatani perihal legalisasi aksi perusahaan misal perjanjian dengan pihak ketigaMeliputi legal drafting (pembuatan akta perjanjian), legal opinion (membuat pendapat hukum) dan legal reviewMensupport dan mengelolah dokumen perusahaan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan perjanjian kerjasama maupun legal contractMereview legal contract, perjanjian kerjasama dan dokumen legal lain yang berhubungan dengan project perusahaanMengelola administrasi yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang telah dilakukanMelakukan tugas clerical secara umum termasuk, tetapi tidak terbatas pada fotocopy, faks, surat menyurat dan filling dokumenUsia maksimal 30 tahunPendidikan minimal S1 HukumLebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidangnya, terutama yang pernah di bidang Food & BeverageInisiatif, Komunikatif, dan Mampu bekerja di bawah tekananMemahami standart operasi prosedurMemahami dasar-dasar kontrak kerjasama
